You will find motivation in our music, laughter and conversation from our members, and we don't care what you wear as long as you are putting in the best workout you can. Our classes are built to teach you the techniques of Boxing, so that if you want to get into the ring, it will be a smooth transition into doing so. Boxing is our lives and we take it seriously. We are USA Boxing Certified so that all of your fights count toward a public record that Professional Fighters, Managers, Promoters, and Matchmakers use.
