Here at Luminous Recovery Yoga, we believe in flipping the bird to perfection and embracing our perfectly imperfect selves. Our classes ditch the stuffy, holier-than-thou attitude found in some yoga studios and focus on keeping it real – just like you. As your one and only instructor, I'm here to guide you through this rebellious yoga journey while we laugh, maybe curse a little, and definitely rewrite some rules along the way.

The postures and whole practice felt super accessible, she used trauma and whole body informed language, safe and fun modifications, and generally was a very special class with mind/body/ and Spirit all working together.

When I requested an inversion free practice for a medical condition she created just what I needed...
She is incredibly kind, teaches with intention, and truly cares about your journey and growth.
