Edit 7/2/24: I wanted to add that in my experience, most of the classes I've taken at LFYC include some form of healing breathwork and guided mediation - which is soo great for an anxious person like me
I felt that I was able to practice at the level that was appropriate for me and I appreciate the very professional and high quality teaching.
Got me through some very challenging physical challenges.
"Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name" -- not just true for pubs, also important for yoga studios!

I attended a restorative yoga workshop with Stephanie and I really enjoyed it.
There is something here for everyone, whether it's Stephanie's magically relaxing restorative yoga, Liz's vinyasa basics class that will make your downward dog the best it's ever been, or Mary Laura's challenging Ashtanga series and her hilarious commentary.
Although the vinyasa offerings are challenging, they are still suitable for beginners who want to build a good foundational practice.
