We believe that the majority of students get more out of their music lessons and progress at a much faster rate if they can learn the styles of music that they love. Every student is taught the same fundamentals in regards to music theory and technique. The only difference is, is that one person may be taught their "do re mi's" with their favorite rock band while another may learn the same basic theory, but with traditional classical repertoire. . My 5 year old and I have been taking piano lessons for about 8 months with Lisa, and she has been truly amazing, she makes learning fun and entertaining we have learned , music theory, Lisa is a brilliant instructor I never thought I would ever understand music theory, but Lisa made that possible for me and my kid.
If you are interested in learning music causally or if you are determined to learn a lot about music I would recommend this music school to anyone who wants to be a musician despite their age or experience.
