I've been training at Dalla's school for a few months now and it's one of the best decisions I've made. The class is rewarding not only for the physical conditioning and expert training I receive, but also the camaraderie I've developed with my teammates and instructors. Prior to joining, I did some research on the different schools in the area. After reading about Dalla's experience and of his many accomplishments, I was amazed at the stroke of luck of having a world-class instructor right here in my own backyard. His curriculum involves a unique combination of instructional training, Jiu-Jitsu techniques, and sparring. This has also helped her in other sports, she is one of the though ones on her soccer team, she plays with 13 year old girls, and not scare of the ball or anyone coming up to her to aggressively, she stands her ground.
Before getting into Muay Thai I went to basically all the gyms in the Manassas/woodbridge area and immediately knew where I was going when I when I saw their environment.
I've been training under Dalla for years and it is the highlight of my day to come to the gym.
I'm truly grateful for everyone at the school.
Accompanied with his wife who runs the kids and teens program, along with his fellow assistant instructors, you'll be hard pressed to find a better environment to start or continue your BJJ journey.
