I do wish they would make it mandatory to wear leotards since I already paid for it 😂 but other than that it’s awesome.
It's a structured class where lots of learning takes place, but also a fun environment where you will make some great friends.
My daughter is finishing up her 3rd year of classes here and we've been so happy with Legacy (formerly called Wendy's and run by a different person).
It is not a competition studio just recital so theres never any stressful pressure with the other dancers its all about learning, experience and having fun!
Growing up at Wendy's School of Dance, I can firmly say that no dance studio provides the kind of instruction, experience, and friendship as this one does.
I started dancing at Miss Wendy's when I was 4 years old and this past year was my 14th recital and final one before leaving for college.
Since I was 4 years old, I've been taking lessons at this studio and I've made so many memories and absolutely wonderful friends.
None of them interested me and I wanted nothing to do with them- to the point where my mom thought she shouldn't push me into taking lessons until I visited Miss Wendy's.
Her passion for dance shines in all the dancers she teaches and her attention to details is an on going lesson I carry in my life.
They teach a wide variety of dance styles, and the recital at the end of the year is a fantastic showcase of every class in the studio.
