It's cozy, welcoming, beautiful and well-equipped with props in great condition (bolsters, blankets and even eye pillows I think).
The only reason I would search elsewhere for a studio is because the classes are all only one hour and I need a longer practice.
The studio provides straps, yoga mats, knees pads, bolsters, and clean mugs for tea at no additional charge All of the instructors were excellent and personable.
Talk to her about a particular asana you need help with or want to practice more of or one you would like her to address so that you can better align your spine and focus on your core and “poof,” all of a sudden you are practicing in a class that is especially designed for you.
As I utilized the introductory offer and took classes daily I found every class offered such richness and attention to detail.
