I have been at LAC for about 2 months. I had been on a couple years fitness hiatus and taking that first step back was so hard. I was greeted by amazing coaches and workout friends who keep me accountable and motivated. The coaches really work hard to help you find the right scale to push yourself but not get discouraged. I can't recommend LAC enough if you are thinking about trying CrossFit, or getting back to it. Shannon D.

I did Cross Fit years ago but never really got much instruction on the movements and actually almost really hurt myself at another Cross Fit gym so I was a bit anxious to jump back in and I’m so glad I did.
Love the LAC community & on days you don’t feel like going to the gym, the people are what pull you back in to stay committed to your goals!
You can tell Mike cares deeply about his businesses and so do all of his staff, making it an awesome experience and gym to workout in!
I discovered Lakeland Athletic Club by accident , while walking/jogging nearby from my daughter’s gymnastics classes.
They have a fantastic atmosphere, great and up to date equipment, and great programming that scales to 5 different levels.

Lakeland Athletic Club is a clean, motivating, and supportive environment that pushes me to work harder.
You can tell that safety and good form are incredibly important and that allows me to place all the trust in them to not steer me wrong
