The kid class is small, so instruction is very individualized.

So here i am a 12 year old walking into the adults class and knew nothing, and now here i am a 19 year old man who just recently got promoted to purple belt.

Without the help from my great training partners and awesome instructors Bill and Mike I would have never been able to accomplish this.

She is developing both strength and confidence and we are very happy with how Mike teaches the art and also works with the kids.
