Kim's has really seen me grow as a martial artist in the ways that really matter: it's helping me stay on top of my mental and physical fitness, build back confidence after some previous injuries (all ergonomics related, all prior to me coming to Kim's), and aiding with stress relief and growing patience (critical as a parent of two young children).
