Our Little Ninja class is designed for children aged 4 to early 7 years old, where they can learn self-defense, build self-esteem, and develop better focus. Our Children's class, for ages late 7 to 10, focuses on developing better social skills, becoming bully-proof, and mentally and physically strong. We also have a Teen and Adult class that provides the best self-defense training while teaching how Tae Kwon Do connects to real life situations.
