Kaizen Karate & Self-Defense
My 4 kids started going to Kaizen in January 2023 and I have seen incredible growth in them. Matt cares about the entire development while children are leaning karate and self defense. They are also learning leadership, responsibility, and how to mentor others. With Matt's mentorship, even with this being their first year the kids are placing in tournaments and on track to place overall for state. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dojo to highly consider Matt and Kaizen. A side note we homeschool the kiddos and there are classes with homeschoolers during the days!

Our kids have been attending karate class for 18 months now and have absolutely flourished and have learned so much.
As a parent who knew absolutely nothing about competition karate, it's been a joy to meet so many great people, learning from them and supporting the team at tournaments.
It has helped enhance his self-esteem, he is in good shape physically, and those with only children will find that the kids (of all ages) are respectful and helpful.
We have had a wonderful experience and my children have developed confidence, discipline, friendships and responsibility as part of the program.
