This gym has been amazing. Not only for my health but just life changing. I love all the members there, they are like family. Jeremy is really hands on and always teaching classes. There is no other gym like this one. They have an awesome kids class as well. You should come down and check it out if you thinking about grappling, kickboxing or MMA.

Classes are good but sparring is such a a mixed bag and the no head gear idea really isn't followed by students or enforced by Jeremy so unless your ok with a concussion or two I'd say stay away from sparring.
Every time I'm in town visiting, I come to this place and always feel welcome, such an amazing gym, training is great, thanks Jeremy and everyone, if you are looking for a place to train somme MMA this is it!!!!!
