We have a large 1266 sq ft. dance floor equipped with 10 poles, 4 aerial hoops, 6 aerial hammocks, 4 silks, 2 dance trapezes, a cyr wheel, and full length mirrors. With a large selection of classes and all star instructors, we will be sure to help you meet your goals and look awesome while doing it! At JVDF, we make fitness art.

There are a bunch of different classes, and all the teachers are amazing, you learn so much and get a really good workout, I try to come as often as I can, I hardly ever go to the Muggle Gym anymore.
They made it very inviting and had so many techniques for all skill levels and gave each person their time and attention.
Great studio and the owner, Jessica, is so friendly and talented.
