The space is great with all of the essentials and anybody from beginner to pro level would get better from Lamont.
His knowledge of the technical parts of boxing, along with his patience in teaching you raises yourself confidence, which motivates me to keep pushing forward to succeed.

Somebody that when I don't feel like doing it or when I don't think I can do it they believe in me and push me enough so that I find out that I actually can.
Very patient and knowledgeable to beginners like me and experienced user also.
He will find different ways to explain a movement, he will use different tools to help you conceptualize it and you will practice it until it clicks both mentally and physically.
He makes the classes fun for them but at the same time they learn a lot!
We’ve had about 8 sessions and when I walked in I didn’t know a thing about boxing and I have awful coordination— but I’ve gotten so much better and can feel the progression.
