Vern is by far the best teacher I have ever had - he has a sincere passion for our mind/body relationship in yoga and has taught me to get into positions in a way that does not hurt and activates the right muscles to better support me.
From offer Ing demonstrations at the local Farmer’s Market, to doing Sunday morning sun salutations to encourage people to stop in, to doing pop up yoga in neighborhood parks.
