We encourage you to approach yoga without the fear of failure. We all had our first steps as children and when we fall we get back up again until we succeed. Think of what would have happened if we had never tried! !! We believe that yoga is for everyone. Yoga does not discriminate. Tall, short, stiff, flexible, young or not so young. There is a place here for you!
