Impact Dance/Performing Arts Studio
Impact Performing Arts is a premier dance studio, fully devoted to providing dancers of all ages an encouraging environment where they are given the opportunity to grow and excel in their dance education. We offer a wide variety of dance programs. Our dance instructors are able to provide classes for (but not limited to): ballet, pointe, classical, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, lyrical, tap, modern, broadway jazz, etc. OurCompetitive & Performancedance team, DanceWorx, competes with other teams in the DC Metro area several times a year at various predetermined venues. We continue to add to our repertoire to meet the demand for classes & programs that also help students prepare for school related dance (i. e Poms).

My daughter could not be happier- it’s a combination of excellent teaching, knowing when to challenge and build on skills, and total positivity!
The physical dance studio is absolutely beautiful too, with 3 huge spaces for classes/rehearsals and a lovely lobby to top it off.
In order to be a member of the competition team the dancers are required not only to audition but to keep their grades up throughout the year and provide proof via their report cards.
I never would have expected her to feel comfortable dancing in a solo performance, but Tiffany and the other dance instructors at Impact have given her skills and the confidence in those skills.
Character commitment and friendship
The studio is my daughter’s second home!!!
