Not only has her tumbling+cheer skills been improved, I've witnessed how the gym has an amazing power of increasing self esteem, confidence+overall girl power.
My niece cheers for this organization and I have seen so much improvement in her movements and overall cheer performances since she’s been with them (going on year two).

I also got the opportunity to take an adult stretch series with the owner Charde and she was very patient and modified the class for the varying levels .
As a former All Star cheerleader, I love to see how empowered she is leaving from practice and the joy on her face at competitions.
