We teach students from 5 to 15 how to assert themselves against bullies, and if attacked, how to neutralize the situation. Our curriculum is tailored and specifically designed for children, striking an ideal balance of structured fun and opportunities for personal growth. We aim to promote self-control, respect, and honesty. Students in our program are here because their parents want something challenging, encouraging, and special for their child. The lessons learned on the mat are accomplishments your child will carry with them into adulthood.
