Once again, taking a class from Sharon is a BLAST. She is smart, hilarious, and kind in her instruction. Macaron making can be tedious, but she makes it fun and super attainable for folks who aren't professional bakers! Don't miss out on this class!

The class was always moving, but not so fast that you fell behind and if there was a problem, which undoubtably there will be, she explains what happened, why it is a problem and offers different ways to fix it.

But the latest and best was a special order flourless chocolate cake that was crazy, over the top good.
She is so sweet, funny, helpful and we are so blessed that we found her online when we were looking for some baking classes.
Though it’s a bit of a drive for us from Fredericksburg I’ll be looking to sign up for more classes with Sharon.
I would definitely recommend a culinary class at Hobby Hill Farm for any one looking to have a great time with friends, family, or even coworkers.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a team building idea.
Took a culinary class at Hobby Hill Farm and had the chance to sample the homemade pretzel buns ( out of this world delicious) and chicken salad (very yummy).
