A self-described “seafood lover,” Keta credits her mother for her love of seafood, affection for blue crabs, commitment to giving back and enthusiasm for having fun. Growing up, food was more than a meal it was an opportunity to share love in her community a foundation that her Grandmother, Pearl Richardson established early on in Keta's childhood. Known for her entertaining demeanor and fun-loving attitude, Keta offers her services with 10 years of Catering/ Food Service experience in Fine Dining and Casual Dining. She completed her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts at Delaware County Community College in Media, Pennsylvania. Keta's latest adventure finds her as the Chef and Supervisor at Villanova University's Cafe, in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
