He constantly instills to children about never giving up, and above all,,,he increases your self esteem and rebuilds trust. You cant ask for better then that.

Update: 12/2/22 I signed up for a self defense class and after a couple weeks, 1×week, I can say I've already learned quite a few techniques that I feel would be very effective for a woman or man to use against a threatening person.
