The studio has a ton of natural lighting and the sessions are personalized. Best of all it's owned by two women who uplift the community of Chicago by putting their money where their mouth is.

I recently transitioned to Pilates after years of weight training, initially worried it wouldn't give me the same muscle mass and toned physique I'd achieved through weightlifting (A stigma that is far from the truth) However, I couldn't have been more mistaken.
And, the instructor was kind and thoughtful as I let her know that I was new to Pilates and had hearing loss.
Each instructor has been incredibly helpful and informative, and I know that I am getting the best workout on the Reformer!
Don’t really have a habit of leaving reviews but just heard the studio’s anniversary is coming, and i think that I should celebrate by sharing my positive vibes here👍🏻Me and my wife’ve been with Heat 3.
My experience refining my pilates practice here has been exceptional, all instructors provide genuine support and encouragement.
It is a good workout and the staff is so nice!
The team was incredibly understanding when I ran late for class and even let me use the infrared sauna for the missed reformer time – such a thoughtful touch!
It was my first class and I was at ease because she took the time to make sure my form was right and helped me with adjustments etc.
The instructors are great and the reformers are always well maintained and cleaned.
The instructor creates a sense of community by asking people to introduce themselves at the beginning of class and is amazing at remembering everyone's name.
