The Heartfulness Institute is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers. Our objective is to help people find peace of mind in a world facing so many distractions. We offer many levels of training, all free of charge: one on one, small groups, through our dedicated app, onsite programs, and webinars. I've been practicing Heartfulness Meditation for over 20 years and I've been profoundly changed by it.
If you think you are contagious, it is better that one stays home and rests instead of going out with chances of spreading sickness to others and it does not help the person who is sick either.
If you are truly seeking, this local center, that is part of an international organization, is most hospitable and offers a sincere system of spirituality.

Lots of support for learning meditation.
Such a peaceful environment to learn meditation and meet like minded people and no payment ever required.
They have moved out of the Schaff Road location and are just a few minutes down the street at Canal and Warner in the first floor office complex facing the white bridge.
If you do stop in and everyone already has their eyes closed just take a seat and sit with the idea that there is a "Source of Light in your Heart" The instructor leading the group meditation will say that's all when finished.
