I don't usually leave reviews but, with the level of genuine care and knowledge that Romana brings to every pilates lesson, I believe she deserves a shoutout!
My neck and shoulders are very tight and weak from working on a computer all day and she’s been great working around my limitations/pains and offers modifications that still give me a full body workout.
My 14 year old son really enjoys Haus of Pilates and he really loves instructor Deborah.
Before Pilates I had stiff joints and I am more flexible now.
All the instructors are so kind and helpful, not to mention excellent at what they do.
I had expressed my back injury at the beginning of class and she payed attention to detail throughout the class to ensure I was okay.
