Most students here have 2 or less years of training, and Pat has supercharged their skill set and has given them the tools to develop a well-rounded jiu jitsu game that usually takes 4-5 years to build.
5 star school, love the positive energy & community that this school has, it’s given me a great outlet to learn & be better.
Hamiltons is a great choice for jujitsu or even learning self defense I highly recommend, I just started and was feeling a little nervous going to my first class everyone was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable!
The part most gyms skip is the live action.
We started bringing our 4 year-old daughter a couple months ago and just recently stopped because we are moving in July, and wish we could move Hamiltons Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with us!
You can tell Pat pours his heart into teaching he really wants you to succeed and after the first week (which is free) you go from being nervous to making new friends.
The coach, the people, the massive benefit BJJ has had on my life.
Pat has created a great environment to learn and encourages you to stay on the mats and really push yourself to the next level.
Unfortunately i live out of town but i just wanted to show my appreciation for the instructor and good group of guys that train here.
Classes are longer than your usual BJJ gyms, which is amazing; the lessons are not rushed and you get plenty of rolls in.
