Either they were overpriced, didn't provide efficient classes, or unprofessional and going through the motions.

Whether it’s Muy Thai, BBJ, wrestling, or boxing the staff is more than capable of providing a fun, engaging, and challenging experience for people with all levels of experience.

Even in group setting classes they have helped me to recognize and understand my own individual strengths and weaknesses so I can set goals around things that I am beginning to progress in and things I need to work on.

Staff is very friendly and made my son feel extremely comfortable and welcomed.

My daughters train with the kids’ program and have learned so much about respect, self-defense, leadership and their bravery in competition in a safe and organized environment.

Coming from a LE background I have lost count on how many occasions I was actively engaging with a resisting suspect armed with a handgun, which resulted in not only myself but the suspect coming out unscathed due to my training that i have received here.
