Excellent training for all ages!
Although you have been training for less than a month, you are already addicted to this kind of exercise that quickly makes you sweat - yes, "exercise addiction".
The ladies class I attend are the best and Solange is not only knowledgeable but also very kind and professional!
Professor Joshua is a very experienced instructor and because of him, kids achieve results!
They create a safe and welcoming environment, while being able to explain the lessons in a digestible manor.
Amazing teachers, awesome training space.

I would recommend this studio to anyone interested in BJJ, martial arts, fitness, or a way to force yourself out of your comfort zone and achieve personal growth.
Professor Joshua and Coach Solange are awesome and really create an environment for learning, training and community whether you are a beginner or experienced and all ages!
They inspire the students lucky enough to train with them and set the example for other gyms to aspire to.
