Your first class can be scheduled online, over the phone or as a walk-in. Simply arrive about 15 minutes early, so we have enough time to get you checked in and complete the necessary paperwork. While we may get you fitted for a loaner gi to wear during your first class, we also recommend that you wear dark, athletic clothing and sandals. We recommend for you to bring water. Lastly, we encourage that all new students bring an open mind and willingness to learn. As they saying goes, you can't fill a teacup that is already full!

I visited Gracie barra in Costa Mesa last Friday and I was really happy with how good the whole environment was, Gabriel was the person that helped me there and he was very friendly all the time, he made me even more excited to start doing jiu-jitsu!
From the moment my kids walked in September 2021 they have been treated so fairly and we couldn't be happier with the discipline and Jiu Jitsu that they have learned.
Coach Gabe clearly and enthusiastically delivers phenomenal martial arts coaching to all new students, which makes this gym second to none for people looking to receive effective programming at a fair price.
Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone and everyone.
