It's great having this shop to be able to pick up little things like replacement strings, etc.
I went needing a pack of guitar strings to find out that they were closed.
From purchasing an instrument or having your prized guitar repaired or set up to perfection, Bobby has you covered with care and detail.
Bobby took care of me and the guitar is in FANTASTIC condition, as described.
Robert Balestra is a gifted luthier repairman for all things with 4, 6 or 12 strings.
I used to frequent his father's shop in White Plains when I was a kid.
Bobby fixed a complicated BC Rich for me when other guitar repair shops scratched there heads.
I went to the store to check my new guitar, which I had bought elsewhere, they were very kind and professional, explaining the problem to me and also making some adjustments to my guitar to mitigate the faults that my guitar has from the factory.
I have never had a bad experience and refer everyone to them!
Everyone was insanely helpful from who I spoke to on the phone for customer support, to the guy that helped me out when I came to pick up the amp in store.
