Gilbert School of Music
Music is a performing art, and we strive to provide as many opportunities for our students as possible. Every parent wants to know how their child is doing and if they are really progressing. The best way for a parent to understand if their investment in lessons is really worth it is to have their child participate in a recital. In the Summer and Winter, all of our students are given the opportunity to perform on the big stage in our biannual formal concerts. We don't pressure our students to perform. We only give them the opportunity. Our schools also perform regularly at local retirement communities giving students a chance to give back to the community. On top of this, we perform at city festivals, local shopping centers, and other community events! We are always adding more...

Even if your child doesn’t connect with the teacher right away or at all, the staff here understands that everyone is different and will go out of their way to contribute to your child’s learning and find you a coach/teacher that suits your child’s learning style best!
My daughter’s violin instructor knows how to take complex concepts and bring to a 6 year old level that is clear to understand and fun.
