In the beginning of opening my practice it was difficult to prioritize my own gym time, so I signed up for sessions and was extremely happy with their level of attention, cues, and overall coaching.
The trainers (especially Emily and Anthony) make the workouts fun and engaging for all ages - including my middle schooler!
Started with Game Changer recently, had a few classes so far.

I was reluctant to do small group personal training after training with an amazing and knowledgeable personal trainer for the last two years.
Great personalized level-appropriate workouts that are challenging but not so horrible that I don’t want to come back.
