I have taught for FMI for three years, in a number of different schools, excellent teachers, excellent administrators, our students learn and have fun, and perform beautifully in their concerts.

Instruction has been wonderful, in-person and virtually, especially when both parents are not at all musically inclined.

Fundamental Music Instruction also is very diverse in the amount of instruments they offer for instruction (Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Drums, Guitar, and Strings including violin, guitar, and ukelele) I would highly recommend Fundamental Music Instruction to anyone looking to learn or better themselves on an instrument.

They have been super accommodating during the pandemic with also providing virtual lessons.

The director, Ed Kelly continually reaches out to parents with updated information and has handled this entire pandemic in a way that never took away from the kids.

In these difficult times, they have shown flexibility to make the instruction work remotely with our schedule, keep me up to date on progress and song selections, m and have held Zoom showcases to allow the students to play for one another.

The payment is easy and the communication is wonderful.
