Lots of class options, the teachers take the time to explain the moves and offer modifications, the space is clean and bright, everyone makes you feel welcome, and the fresh flowers always brighten my day.
All the teachers are very knowledgeable about yoga and various breathing practices and are always willing to teach you about the different aspects.
He's had chronic back since he was a kid and since this practice he’s in less pain (almost pain free) than he’s ever been in his life.
It was an answered prayer for me, specifically, because I've been having some lateral instability in my knee and hoping to strengthen the muscles with focused holds and low impact training.
I enjoy balancing my practice with a hot class and following it up with a yin class, later in the day.
Magan and Jolin are the favorites but honestly they are all great instructors!
Fuel yoga has expanded my practice by offering a variety of classes and workshops.
The atmosphere is fantastic and the people are even better.
Thus far, I've done the Hot 60, 60 minute Vinyasa, 75 minute Vinyasa, Yin, Slow Vinyasa, Vinyasa Fundamentals Workshop, and Inversion & Arm Balances Workshop--I've enjoyed them all.
