I started Jiu Jitsu as I felt the need to learn some form of effective self-defense. Once I started I really loved the challenge of the warmups and then really the art itself. It became intriguing to me as I learned how to solve physical problems with technical solutions, in live situations. Once I embraced the sport and my growth in it, I prepared and then competed in my first competition. But the coolest thing that I didn't expect was the community that I became a part of!

Coach Rob is a great teacher and treats everyone with the utmost respect and kindness.
Our four year old has been attending classes since December 2023 and in just a few short months, he has learned so much!
