Excellent service, Excellent gym
David and his team are professional and knowledgeable on all things fitness.
You will not be disappointed with the equipment provided to you in the free weight area.
Had I gone through neck and back surgeries, I firmly believe my body would not have been capable of successfully dealing with my cancer treatments and the outcome would have been different
Great place to lift if you’re on vacation in the area.
In town for a few days and needed to find a gym close to my hotel… after coming here I now HATE MY GYM IN Charlotte (all box chains) This place is a rare find.
One of the best things was that the staff told me (and other vacationers) that they "appreciate us choosing them" which is refreshing when the chain gyms make you feel like it's a privilege to workout there.
Very clean as well, support the local business, get a day pass you won’t be disappointed!
The gym itself is relatively small, but it has every kind of equipment you need to get a good workout, whether you are a bodybuilder, athlete, physical therapy patient, or just trying to stay in shape.
Extremely nice staff and the owner introduced himself as well, wonderful people and very clean gym with great equipment.
