I have been weight training for years and can't say enough positive things about Fit and particularly owner Jan Held. Jan challenges me with every training session. Be aware, Jan is no part time trainer. Jan is a titled professional and has made it her mission to bring good health habits to her clientele. She is a student of her profession and will change your life if you let her build a fit plan to help you achieve your goals. Classes are fun with a mission. Great people, great time, hard work.

At age 71 years, we started working with Jan the first of the year to support and improve our strength, flexibility and mobility.
She is so good at targeting physical fitness needs and is so positive and encouraging!
I am physically kind of lazy, which never bothered me until I hit 50 -- at which point I started to feel decades older and found myself spending much of my free time on the sofa (I have a job that requires sitting at a computer all day).
I've been going to Fit since March, I started as a personal training client with Ryleigh (who is awesome) and transitioned to the MWF group sessions in May.
Have had a fantastic experience our first two weeks at FIT.
I love the semi-private model that Jan offers - I'm getting stronger with the focus on different body parts each session while also building a nice community of new friends I look forward to seeing each week.
The workouts are perfectly curated, the environment is always positive, and Jan is extremely knowledgeable in everything that she teaches.
I have noticed that I am steadier on my feet, my balance is improving, and I feel better overall.
Perfectly located in downtown St Charles and the equipment is TOP NOTCH (seriously, the nicest workout equipment to get your best workout!!
Jan has a very genuine interest in her customers, when I walk in the door she looks like she's glad to see me and that I have prioritized myself for the next 30 to 60 minutes.
