It was at a really nice gym full of wonderful people and coaches, but I wanted something different and wanted to know my community better.

Great coaches with a focus on functional fitness and proper technique for longevity.

Really great gym with knowledgeable coaches teaching a wide range of classes (kickboxing, weightlifting, HIIT, mobility) and wellness equipment (saunas, cold plunge, compression boots)!

I've never heard one word of body-shaming from coaches or participants - the goal here is overall health and everyone is welcome

He and his team of coaches are not only motivating but also enjoyable to be around, making it one of the top gyms I've experienced.

I was just getting started in my fitness journey and they helped me with all the needed modifications and now that my foundation is set and form is where it needs to be (thank you coaches) I can lift heavier and feel stronger than I have ever been.

The cold plunge is amazing and starts my day off right.

The level of difficulty within the classes is always dependent on you but you can tell the team at FIT House really aims to create workouts that are different, challenging and fun.

It is never packed, there is always room to move around and the appointments for the cold plunge / sauna make it so that you can always get a spot at the time you need, unlike all the other commercial gyms.

For those looking to increase performance and vitality and crave that group setting and community, these guys do it very, very well.
