I've been training at Fight Time for about 6 months now. It's been a life changing experience like no other. I've been able to grow not only physically but mentally as well. Coach West is a great teacher, he's very personable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you excel in your goals. The staff is extremely knowledgeable with any questions I have. I highly recommend starting with Fight Time as soon as possible!

Fight time fitness is a very cool and safe place to workout at or just learn martial arts it helps build confidence and character with very helpful trainers who will always encourgae you to push yourself and always listen to you when you need help it has personally helped me over come alot of martial arts obsticles and have had me prepared for many obsticles in life and im very thankful for that
No matter how many times you come they will always be able to challenge you to get the best out of you.
From the business professional trying to find time to stay active or the mom/dad trying to lose those unwanted pounds and even that child looking for that extra bit of confidence, Fight Time is the place for you.
I have been going to Fight Time for 2–3 years and it has been the best experience for me!
Seriously ladies, do yourself a favor and come try out the kickboxing class--you won't regret it!
