Fan Zhang Piano

Being an adult learning piano, she completely gets that my practice time can be limited and she never holds it against me or put any pressure to practice more or be inconsiderate.

I’ve been one of her adult students for years, im glad I found a teacher as knowledgeable, friendly and patient as her, her passion for piano also inspires me all the time!

She has a wonderful, encouraging approach to teaching young students and does it in a way that they understand and most importantly, enjoy.

My son has been learning the piano with Fan for almost a year and I’m grateful for all the work Fan put in him.

The teaching plan was arranged according to the characteristics of my child.

Besides her incredible knowledge, skills and patience with young kids, I was most impressed by the way she adapts to different learning styles, helping each kid find their "spark".

Now a junior in high school, Fan has been accommodating to my increasingly busy schedule while still challenging me to think about music in a more meaningful way.

My kids certainly don’t practice enough, but Fan gently encourages them and miraculously gets them to make progress anyway.

She is not only a highly skilled musician with incredible amount of knowledge, but also has her own unique teaching style, insights, and willingness to make adjustment to different level of students.

Fan has been teaching our sons piano for the last 5 years.
