At our camps, kids learn and practice martial arts techniques, play games that keep them physically active, and even have some free time for unstructured play with their peers. They also participate in conversations and activities that address topics ranging from active listening and building empathy to dealing with bullies and how to overcome peer pressure. As always, our programs are designed to teach kids valuable lessons while making sure they have a lot of fun in the process.

My only concern is that due to their popularity and success, classes are becoming larger and harder to manage, even with multiple instructors on the floor.
And while martial arts moves are taught in every class, the instructors are careful to emphasize that in the real world fighting is the last option.
Not only do the kids love learning the physical martial arts skills; I’ve never seen them so excited to follow directions at home to earn their next belt level!
It's just one of the best places here in Seattle where my daughter was able to learn a lot about martial arts, discipline and leadership.
