I checked out a couple different martial arts/schools before I came here. After my first day I was in love with the art and the school. The teachers are great, and the material is excellent self defense. the Sifu clearly cares about his students in and outside of the classroom and I found that it wasn't like joining school so much as a family. You will learn more about the way your body moves and balance manipulation here than any other school in the area, not to mention some intense practical self defense techniques. Martial arts is especially important to the career I'm working towards, and I couldn't have chosen better.

An absolutely wonderful version of this ancient martial art, quite unique in its approach under Grandmaster Willem Reeders’ approach.
The staff is friendly, they know all the kids really well, teach them not only great kung fu skills but also life skills.
A great environment for kids to learn discipline, technique, and also have fun.
