Before I started with Exss, I worked out at home with an online coach and she definitely had her strengths, but I was never consistent or pushed myself hard enough with my workouts.
They have child’s watch while you workout, group classes and personal training sessions… very affordable membership and the gym is always clean and neat.
Great equipment and comfortable atmosphere.
I have fibromyalgia and they have me work out so it doesn't get it inflamed.
They don’t break the bank on you if you’re just starting in the gym or an experienced lifter trying to get a good workout in.
