The coaches are great, the people are amazing and the classes are challenging and fun!
Great coaches and great community.
All of a sudden you become part of a team, who lets you know the last person finishing is as important as the first one to finish.
I also like that they watched and coached when needed to ensure everyone was doing the exercises in the safest and most effective ways.
The coaches are amazing and pay attention to technique and your overall safety.
I highly recommend Excel Yoga Studio, the instructor is well versed and knowledgeable.
The program and gym has everything and my wife and I have really enjoyed it.
My only negative experience would be two things~roommate for the class is way too small & I am not a fan of the chanting music that played in some classes.
It is what you make it but they definitely push me to be better everyday!
I came into the gym with a lot of anxiety and fear but now I feel a strong foundation of confidence and surety.
