Just started my 2nd month, this is a great gym for your mental health and learning how to defend yourself.
They're learning discipline, self respect and teamwork through multiple styles of martial arts from knowledgeable, kind and encouraging coaches.
Do not be afraid to test the waters and see if you’re a good fit with a couple of free trial classes.
Highly recommend, for all ages, abilities, and experience.
With many different styles of martial arts available, not only do they want individuals to grow in what they choose, safety is also focused on.
Both of my granddaughters love going to Ethos.
We also came to some of the lunch classes while out on break and our child was treated to sometimes one on one instruction that was every bit as focused as the larger classes.
Nathan and Adrian do their absolute best to make you feel like even on the bad days, you’re worth it and you’re doing great.
Their commitment to instruction and creating an ethos a personal responsibility and accountability to your training, yourself, and your community is admirable.
Ethos was a wonderful, safe space to learn martial arts.
