Eric's Piano School

Eric's Piano school introduced my two daughters to the world of music in a fun low pressure manner.

My child was able to learn piano quickly in a safe and welcoming environment.

Their teacher is Sam Sohmer and he has been absolutely outstanding, enabling the boys to make real progress and doing it in a super playful and fun way that helps them enjoy the learning process so much!

When my 6 years old was less motivated to participate in session, he just started playing her favorite music to get her attention back.

He's has an easy-going manner and breaks things into manageable chunks for this working father.

We are so grateful to Eric for his patience and dedication to making sure our son gets the most out of each session and that has shown in how much he progresses within just a single session.

This passion translates well into an accessible, fun, engaging teaching style that my 10 year old daughter was highly receptive of.

Our 8-year-old son started his very first piano lessons with Eric; and he always loved coming to the lessons.

Eric connected with our kiddo and brought the joy of music to each lesson with his creative, fun style that is so refreshing from the rigid ways of my bygone days.

Andrew has steadily progressed with once a week lessons, and he's learn a wide range of songs from classics to fun music and even tunes of Andrew's video games to make the learnings fun!
