I'm 3 days in and I'm impressed by the happy people, the happy instructors THAT WANT TO BE THERE, the open and cleanliness of the space, and the variety of movements/exercises available. I'm pleased that I can push myself with more weights (plenty to pick from) and can ease off, if needed.

Had been looking for a gym that provided a variety of classes that align to my needs, more tailored to women, smaller groups, very clean, and found exactly what I was looking for.
Being brand new to pilates the expert instruction during class is exceptional.
I really like that Jenny always asks her what she wants to work on and then they focus on those skills.
Amazing!!!
I am grateful for her instruction that protects my lower back while working the muscle group she is targeting.
