Prior to joining Endeavor Athletics Training 2 years ago, I had zero weight lifting experience and I was very out of shape. Coach Rob and the entire staff do an amazing job of welcoming everyone at all different stages of fitness. Every class is challenging and far better than any workout I'd do on my own. Totally work the money! I have seen great results not just physically but in my technique, strength and skill level as well. I was nervous about joining but I'm so glad I did! 100% recommend! !
