Now you will definitely get a workout but Jason seems to get you ready for live drilling/sparring until throwing you in the deep end.

Jason, the instructor, is knowledgeable and supportive, creating a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels.

I know it can sometimes be a little scary to join a place that is a male dominant sport, but I assure you that everyone here is respectful and kind.

His class does just that and he’s incredible at getting your body warmed up and burning in your thighs, glutes, and core even before the boxing and kicking start!

Kickboxing has been a favorite of mine, so when I saw Empower show up on social media, I reached out to try a class.

I stopped training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu roughly 10 years ago for various reasons (long commute, career, new hobbies, blue belt blues, etc), but recently got back into it after watching my kid at the Empower kid's classes and reigniting that spark for myself.

Great place, Jason does an amazing job of working with kids and adults across all ages and skill levels.

As someone coming in without any knowledge Coach Jason is good at breaking down the technique to teach anyone from people who don’t know the first thing about BJJ, to people who already know.

He's a good person and a very informative instructor who cares about your progress.
